Description
Español: Obelisco conmemorativo del levantamiento del 2 de Mayo en Madrid, fue inaugurado en 1840 y en noviembre de 1985 el rey Don Juan Carlos reinaugura de nuevo este monumento, pasando a dedicarse a todos los caídos por España en cuya memoria se colocó una llama que arde permanentemente. La escultura alegórica de la la Constancia es obra de Francisco Elías.
