Español: Detalle del monumento en recuerdo, reconocimiento y homenaje a los policías nacionales fallecidos en acto de servicio, en los jardines de la Comisaría Provincial de Málaga, en el número 3 de la plaza Manuel Azaña, Málaga, España. El monumento, de unos tres metros de altura, lo forman un pedestal de piedra sobre el que se sitúa una estatua de mármol blanco de Macael que representa un ángel de la guarda, patrón de la Policía Nacional. La estatua fue donada por empresarios de Málaga. En el escudo del ángel aparece el emblema del Cuerpo Nacional de Policía. En la cara frontal del pedestal se sitúa una placa metálica con la siguiente inscripción: «"In memoriam" / A los Policías Nacionales / que entregaron su vida en / defensa de la libertad / Málaga, julio de 2020».[1] |
