Description
Português: Monte Crista é uma montanha em plena Serra do Mar, com 920 metros de altura. Localizada no município de Garuva, atraindo milhares de turistas atrás de lazer, aventuras e seus mitos que se proliferaram acerca das suas cavernas e escadarias. Esta calçada de pedras ficou conhecida como “Caminho dos Ambrósios”, utilizado pelo explorador espanhol Francisco Cabeça de Vaca, descobridor das Cataratas do Iguaçu. Segundo alguns historiadores, este espanhol realizou a primeira travessia por terra entre São Francisco do Sul até Assunção, capital do Paraguai no século XVI. Muitos já falaram e escreveram sobre este monte e seus mistérios.
