Description
Deutsch: Westlich vom Goldenen Tor der Ekliptik zwischen dem offenen Sternhaufen der Plejaden und dem Roten Riesen Aldebaran gibt es im arabischen Manazil al-Qamar 5 zusammenhängende der 28 Mondhäuser ohne helle ekliptiknahe Sterne (2, 1, 28, 27, 26). Die ekliptikalen Koordinaten werden durch die roten Linien beschrieben, und die ekliptikale Länge 0° markiert den Widderpunkt, auf den die arabischen Mondhäuser als den Frühlingspunkt zur Epoche J0000 Bezug nehmen. Die heutigen ekliptikalen Längen zur Epoche J2000 sind um knapp 28 Bogengrad größer, und der Frühlingspunkt liegt entsprechend weiter westlich. Alle Objekte zwischen den ekliptikalen Breiten -5 Bogengrad (südlich, unten) und +5 Bogengrad (nördlich, oben) können vom Mond bedeckt werden.
