Moholt, Vestre, gnr 54, bnr 1, ca 2.5 km fra Trondheim. Postadr. Moholtan. Areal 150 da, derav 180 da dyrket mark, skog til husbehov. Hovedbygn. oppf. 1901 av reisverk og mur, stabbur, verksted, redskapsbu, smie, sagbruk. Branntakst 209 200. I slektens eie siden 1916, til nåværende eier 1940. Besetning 19 kuer, 2 hester, 30 høns og 9 griser. Traktor. — Eier gårdsbruk Anders Haugen, f. 17/8–06 i Strinda, foreldre Gabriel og Marie Årdal. Barn Alf, f. 31/8–41, HJostein, f. 17/2-46 — Gården ble delt mellom brødrene Anders og Arthur Haugen i 1939–40. De driver nå atskilt gårdsbruk.
