| Description |
English: The Kladno City Library was established as a contributory organization on the basis of the resolution of the 20th session of the City Council of 23 September 2002 and in accordance with Act No. 128/2000 Coll., on Municipalities, Act No. 250/2000 Coll., on Budgetary Rules of Territorial Budgets and Act No. 257/2001 Coll., on Libraries and Conditions of Operation of Public Library and Information Services (Library Act). It was established as an organisation on 1 December 2002.
The Kladno City Library was established in order to provide all citizens without distinction with public library and information and other services defined in Section 2, Section 4 and Section 14 of the Library Act. The library is registered with the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic under the registration number 3336/2002. The main seat of the organisation is located in the building of the Kladno Municipal Library, nám. Sítná 3106. |
