Description
English: Fluorescent microscopy image of the mitochondria of a MEF cell after treatment with carbonyl cyanide m-chlorophenyl hydrazone (CCCP) for 30 min. The mitochondrial network has fragmented via mitochondrial fission. The image is an overlay of two images: the outer mitochondrial membrane (stained via TOMM20 and shown in red) and the mitochondrial matrix (stained via HSP60 and shown in green). Scale bar equivalent to 10 µm.
