Foto de una parte de la costanera de la localidad de Miramar, ubicada en la provincia de Córdoba, República Argentina. La foto fue tomada el día 3 de marzo de 2007 por Adrián Staffolani con una cámara digital Olympus D545. En la misma se puede apreciar los restos de un edificio existente previo a la gran inundación de 1977, la que dejara gran parte del pueblo bajo agua. Este mensaje, nos recuerda que las grandes inundaciones desde 1870 a 1920, fueron absolutamente tabicadas, ignoradas. Y, atravesando el periodo muy seco de 1920 a 1970: se edificó y planificó como si la historia climática fuera una tontera; ... y el mismo sabio y climatólogo Florentino Ameghino solo una localidad, una avenida, una calle... |
