Description
Français : Sortie de l'hôtel de ville d'Évreux du président Alexandre Millerand: se tient cinq marches plus haut entre le colonel en képi et cape à droite et le personnage en uniforme sombre à casquette sur la gauche. Le préfet Michel Maestracci est reconnaissable à sa veste de spencer qui laisse largement apparaître un plastron blanc, sur l'arrière gauche du président Millerand. Le maire est Léon Oursel.
Français : L'Écho d'Alger précise que le président quitte Paris avec trois membres du gouvernement Poincaré : Le Trocquer, Chéron et Vidal ; il cite les personnalités présentes pour leur accueil à Évreux : le général Duchesne, commandant le 3e corps d'armée ; Hervé (sénateur), Abel Lefèvre (député) Josse (sénateur) et les députés Join-Lambert, Henri Lemire, Burnet et Duval.
