Summary
[edit]DescriptionMil Mi-2 at the Museum of Aviation in Košice 03.jpg |
English: Mil Mi-2 utility and light transport helicopter displayed at the Museum of Aviation in Košice, Slovakia. Based on a Soviet design by Mil, it was manufactured by the Polish aviation company PZL-Świdnik between 1965 and 1998, and was part of the inventory of many countries' air forces, especially those of the former East Block. PZL-Świdnik also produced a rare civilian version, known as the PZL Kania, between 1986 and 2006. The preserved specimen shown here is a former Slovak Air Force Mi-2. The helicopter's NATO reporting name is "Hoplite".
Slovenčina: Úžitkový a ľahký dopravný vrtuľník Mil Mi-2, vystavený v Múzeu letectva v Košiciach, Slovensko. |
