Description
English: ANNAPOLIS, Md. (October 10, 2019) International Programs Office hosts wreath laying ceremony in honor of Adm. Miguel Grau Seminario, Peruvian Navy. Adm. Grau is regarded as the biggest hero in the history of Peru by his acts of bravery. Placing the wreath are two mishipmen brothers, Carlos and Cesar Villalobos-Mendoza, from Peru. As the undergraduate college of our country's naval service, the Naval Academy prepares young men and women to become professional officers of competence, character, and compassion in the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps.
