Mid-Devon Coaches, Crediton. Scania Irizar T908 LKE new to Kings Ferry, Gillingham, Kent. More recently operated by Weavaway Travel , ex R19 CES. Emerging from the roof of the coach is a sculpture in the form of a totem pole, unveiled in 1980, called the Seven Ages of Man by Richard Kindersley, made of aluminium. We can see about five of the ages. Nearby some of his letter cutting is seen on Tower and London Bridge. |
