Summary
[edit]DescriptionMicroglia in ischemic stroke.png |
English: Microgliacytes in rats cortex migrate to inflamation point after experimental ischemic stroke. Cells are activated what we can see by round form of their bodies and lack of processes. That means cells are show phagocytic activity. This is rapid and nesessary reaction of microglial cells to stop cytotoxic activity of damaged neuronal cells. The scale bar is 50 microns.
