NAVFAC Pacific Vice Commander Capt. Michelle La Duca presented the Employee of the Quarter award to Shane Siu (CIO) Mar. 28 at the command awards ceremony. Siu was instrumental in providing the necessary reconfiguration needed to establish the NAVFAC Hawaii Control Systems Platform Enclave. Through the application of his expert knowledge, self-determination and persistence, Siu was able to perform the reconfiguration in-house thus saving the DON significant time and money in the process.
