| Description |
English: COAF/CORF: The City of Cleveland completed a Clean Ohio Assistance Fund grant for a Phase II Environmental Assessment of the Miceli-Lograsso Development property. The property was originally developed for industrial uses prior to the 1880s as the Eberhard Manufacturing Company and Eastern Malleable Iron Company for the production of iron parts for wagons. The City of Cleveland was awarded a $2,999,941 million Clean Ohio Revitalization Grant to conduct infrastructure, demolition, and remediation activities at the Miceli-Lograsso Development Company III Expansion property. Upon remediation, Miceli Dairy will invest over $32 million to expand its cheese manufacturing operations and other services onto the property. The project is expected to create 50 jobs and retain 135 positions. |
