English: Petty Officer 1st Class Jessica Pfau, an avionics electrical technician, explains the importance of the MH-65 Dolphin rescue helicopter to members of Miami Lighthouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired during a tour of Coast Guard Air Station Miami March 26, 2015. Established in 1931, Miami Lighthouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired is the oldest and largest private agency in Florida to serve people of all ages who are blind and visually impaired.
