Description

Structure of metoclopramide. Originally data was taken from:

Shin W, Chang TS, Koo CH (1983). The Crystal Structure of Metoclopramide (PDF). Bulletin of the Korean Chemical Society 4: 123–127.

It was then optimized in Avogadro2 (final energy 90.715). The original structure had abnormally short bonds between atoms and otherwise looked erroneous, hence why optimization was indicated. The structure was created in Jmol using export to POV-Ray. The POV-Ray image was then converted to PNG with POV-Ray. Then cropped with GIMP.
