Description
English: Meteorite Fall Site, Wold Newton, East Riding of Yorkshire, England.
This monument was erected to mark the site of the meteorite fall of 1795 which was witnessed by the local people. Some fragments of the meteorite are now kept at the Natural History Museum in London.
