  • 1868/69: Hotel-Neubau „Hotel de Russie“, die Namensgebung erfolgte aus Anlass der Befreiung Deutschlands durch die Russen in der Völkerschlacht bei Leipzig
  • 1915/18: das Hotel trug den Namen „Hotel Reichskanzler“
  • 1918: Umbau zum „Meßhaus Reichskanzler“
  • 1927/28: Abriss von 10 alten Grundstücken und Errichtung des Messehauses „Petershof“ unter dem Architekten Alfred Liebig
