Description
English: On October 17, 2019, the Socialist Mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo, in the presence of the Secretary General of the Algerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Rachid Bladehane, elevated the plaque from 2001 and unveiled a steel artwork depicting the hollowed silhouettes of demonstrators cut out on the waters of the Seine.
Français : Le 17 octobre 2019, la maire socialiste de Paris, Anne Hidalgo, en présence du secrétaire général du ministère algérien des Affaires étrangères, Rachid Bladehane, a soulevé la plaque de 2001 et dévoilé une œuvre d'art en acier, représentant les silhouettes évidées des manifestants découpées dans les eaux de la Seine.
