English: A complete, silver penny of Henry I, BMC VII, quatrefoil with piles type.

The reverse legend reads A[ ]FPINE ON hER, the moneyer ÆLFWINE at Hereford mint.

There is the official mint 'snick' in the edge of the flan at the 1 o'clock position when looking at the obverse of the coin.
