English: Thanks to a medical evacuation operation organised by France on May 20, 3 Ukrainian children with cancer and their relatives were transferred from Poland to France.
This medical evacuation operation was coordinated via the EU Civil Protection Mechanism. As of June 3, over 500 Ukrainian patients in need have been evacuated to hospitals in EU countries via the EU's Civil Protection Mechanism.
