English: Crimea Medal 1854-1856 with three bars Medal awarded to H Horsfall, 1 Coy, 20th Regiment, 1854-56 silver medal; ornate swivelling suspender; three bars; with ribbon obverse- diademed head of Queen Victoria; legend- VICTORIA REGINA and date- 1854 reverse- the standing figure of a Roman warrior with shield and short sword being crowned with laurel by the winged figure of Victory; word CRIMEA on lhs bars- ornate oak leaf and acorn pattern bar- ALMA - INKERMANN - SEBASTOPOL markings- obverse- name of designer- W. WYON RA. on truncation of the bust reverse- name of designer- B. WYON SC. inside rim on lower lhs ribbon- light blue with yellow edges named on edge- H. HORSFALL, 1 CY. 20TH REGT.
