Description
English: The 12 medals in this series are the result of the artist's continuing preoccupation with the Song of Songs in two graphic series and this medal sequence.

The woman is given real (positive), the man as a mere imagination (negative).

In the foreground a female figure crouches in profile view. She half covers a man in front view, who seems to touch the thigh of the woman. The lines of text emerge from the contour of the woman's back.
Deutsch: Die 12 Medaillen dieser Reihe sind das Ergebnis einer anhaltenden Beschäftigung des Künstlers mit dem Hohe Lied Salomo in zwei grafischen Reihen und dieser Medaillenfolge.

Die Frau ist real (positiv), der Mann als bloße Vorstellung (negativ) gegeben.

Im Vordergrund kauert eine weibliche Figur in Profilansicht. Sie verdeckt einen Mann in Vorderansicht zur Hälfte, der den Schenkel der Frau zu berüh-ren scheint. Aus der Rückenkon-tur der Frau treten die Textzeilen hervor.
