Description
Español: María del Carmen Bianchi es psicóloga, con formación de posgrado en Gestión de Políticas Públicas. Actual Presidenta de la Comisión Nacional de Bibliotecas Populares (CONABIP) y secretaria de cultura del PJ Capital, María del Carmen Bianchi  ha sido durante años docente universitaria de grado y posgrado en la UBA. Tiene una larga historia de militancia política que se inició en los ´70 en la universidad y en importantes organizaciones ciudadanas de defensa de los derechos de los niños de la Ciudad años más tarde. Luego retomó la politica cercana a lo que se que se llamó Grupo Calafate. Como funcionaria kirchnerista desde el 2003 su trabajo se caracterizó por poner al Estado en sintonía con las demandas y necesidades de las organizaciones sociales vinculadas a la cultura y al desarrollo social.
