Buenos Aires, 3 de Octubre de 2012. El jefe de Gobierno de la ciudad de Buenos Aires, Mauricio Macri, rindió hoy un homenaje a la República del Líbano en un acto que compartió esta mañana en la Plaza Mitre, en el barrio de Recoleta, con el presidente de esa nación, Michel Sleiman, quien realiza una visita oficial a la Argentina. Macri procedió a plantar un cedro, símbolo nacional de este país de Oriente Medio, en el paseo ubicado en Avenida del Libertador y la calle República del Líbano, oportunidad en la que también declaró visitante ilustre al mandatario visitante y le entregó las llaves de la Ciudad.
