Description
English: Marlborough No. 1 Mill, Failsworth Built in 1915 to the designs of P S Stott. The engine house with tall windows contained a 1700 horsepower engine by George Saxon of Openshaw. On the extreme left is the Morrisons supermarket on the site of No. 2 Mill and designed to resemble a mill, complete with projectin engine house.
