Deutsch: Wohnhaus in geschlossener Bebauung. Im Kern spätes 17. Jahrhundert, später verändert. Stadtbildprägendes Gebäude, einfache Putzfassade und steiles Satteldach, Geburtshaus von Franz Hermann Schulze (1808–1883), später Dr. Hermann Schulze-Delitzsch genannt (Begründer des deutschen Genossenschaftswesens), von städtebaulicher, baugeschichtlicher und personengeschichtlicher Bedeutung. Zweigeschossig, Fußbodenfließen Eingangsbereich vom Hof, untere Kellertür mit Biedermaierbeschlag, Holztreppenhaus. Dach: Innenwände Fachwerk mit Lehmverputz und Mustern, Dachstuhl gezapft, jünger als Nummer 10, luftgetrocknete Lehmziegel, Giebel alt, Dachstuhl jünger, nach vorn aufgeschoben, Spitzgiebel zu Nummer 10, stehender Dachstuhl mit Holzzapfen. Hofseitig um 1895 Treppenhaus angebaut. |
