Description
English: Marine Sgt. Brian Allen, an Ocala, Fla., native and information systems chief with Headquarters and Support Battery, 3rd Low Altitude Air Defense Battalion, supervises a member of the Djiboutian Police Academy during marksmanship training at the Djiboutian Police Range, Feb. 21.
