Description

La photo d'un membre, Marc.ipt, prise en 2004 par l'un de ses étudiants et diffusée gratuitement depuis, sur plusieurs sites.

L'image étant un portrait de profil 3/4, toute diffusion est soumise au droit à l'image de l'individu, selon le droit français. Sa diffusion est donc soumise à l'approbation de l'intéressé. Toute contrevenance à l'autorisation préalable à la diffusion publique de l'image sera poursuivie.
