Summary
[edit]DescriptionMarble Arch - geograph.org.uk - 1162564.jpg |
English: Marble Arch Planning Portal names the section of road between Edgware Road and Park Lane as Marble Arch. The roadway in the foreground is Tyburn Way; no longer the death trap it used to be, it is no a bus lane, and the official pedestrian route to the Arch itself now crosses at road level (just off the picture to the right) instead of by subway. Nevertheless this family still preferred to make a more precarious crossing, on the wrong side of the railings. |
