English: Marache Point Lighthouse.
When this lighthouse was destaffed in 1970, all the other buildings were sold and removed. The name of the lighthouse was officially changed to Marache Point that year from Cape Auguet Lighthouse. Location: South entrance to Arichat Harbour, Isle Madame Began and Lit: 1851 Tower Height: 7 meters (23ft) Light Height: 10.36 meters (34ft) above water level |
