Description	English: Frontispiece plate: 'A new map of the Land of Matrimony'. Imprint date from: London publishers and printers / by Philip A.H. Brown. Plate dated 1798 is from the1st ed. Printed for A. Milne. Publisher: London : printed for B. Crosby, & Co. Stationers Court, Ludgate Street., [1803-1815]. This unidentified manuscript matrimonial map. The Great Ocean of Love is full of hazards like the Rocks of Jealousy and the Shoals of Perplexity, and surrounded by the Islands of Perseverance and Obstinacy, Coquette Island with its Vanity Fort, and the dangerous Dead Lake of Indifference. An interesting site on land is Bachelor's Fort, located near the Gulf of Self Love.
