English: The Virgin of Mercedes, patron saint of Carhuaz, whose feast is celebrated from September 14 to October 2, being the main days 23 and September 24, party with many customs and traditions, which consume large amounts of liquor , which is why Antonio Raimondi, gave him the nickname "Carhuaz Drunk."
Español: La virgen de las Mercedes, patrona de Carhuaz, cuya fiesta se celebra del 14 de septiembre al 02 de Octubre, siendo los días principales el 23 y 24 de Septiembre, fiesta con muchas costumbres y tradiciones, en la que se consumen grandes cantidades de licor, motivo por el cual el sabio Antonio Raymondi, le puso el apelativo de “Carhuaz Borrachera”. |
