Whitman, commanding general of the 4th Marine Division, and Chargé de Affaires Ms. Stephanie Miley, U.S. Embassy-Rabat, speak to service members during an HCA Site Visit, April 23, 2017, as part of Exercise African Lion 17. Various units from the U.S. Armed Forces will conduct multilateral and stability operations training with units from the Royal Moroccan Armed Forces in the Kingdom of Morocco.
