Français : La maison carrée de Nîmes est un des nombreux témoignages que nous a laissé la Colonia Augusta Nemausus il y a 2000 ans de cela. Elle est construite pour Auguste à la gloire de ses deux petits-fils : les consuls et chefs militaires Lucius Caesar et Caius Julius Caesar. C'est un des temples romains les mieux conservé du monde, encore aujourd'hui.
English: La Maison carrée (square house) is one of the many testimonies left to us by Colonia Augusta Nemausus 2000 years ago. It was built for Augustus to the glory of his two grandsons: the consuls and military leaders Lucius Caesar and Caius Julius Caesar. It is one of the best preserved Roman temples in the world, even today.
Español: La Maison carée (casa cuadrada) es uno de los muchos testimonios que nos dejó Colonia Augusta Nemausus hace 2000 años. Fue construido para Augusto para la gloria de sus dos nietos: los cónsules y líderes militares Lucio César y Cayo Julio César. Es uno de los templos romanos mejor conservados del mundo, incluso hoy.
