Description
Français : Autres titres : Maison Lamoureux; 25, rue De La Perrière Nord, Boucherville. Description : Cette maison de briques, construite par les Lamoureux, père et fils, s'évève sur l'emplacement d'une maison, d'une boulangerie et d'autres bâtisses démolies en 1857. Sous les pignons, les murs sont constitués de deux épaisseurs de briques porteuses. Le larmier, qui sert de toit à la galerie, est soutenu par des colonnes carrées qui s'amenuisent de la base au chapiteau orné de boutons. L'ensemble dégage une impression de force et de solidité. À noter aux fenêtres les linteaux (haut) et les allèges (bas) en bois. Louis Bénard, menuisier, acquiert la maison en 1896.
