This is an image of a place or building that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places in the United States of America. Its reference number is 93001461.

Description
English: Street view of Main Street, Ferndale, California circa 1906: View starts with the American Hotel, 577 Main, on right foreground. The Neoclassical building to the left of the American hotel was build in 1901 for Charles A. Doe. The first building visible at left is 554 Main, built for Mr. Doe in 1895, the second one in is 536 Main, finished in 1888 as Doe's Hall. Notice hill in back has been completely cleared of trees.
