English: Built around the turn of the 20th Century, this Beaux Arts-style building features a buff brick and terra cotta exterior, with terra cotta cladding at the first floor around the large storefront that houses two retail spaces, a line of terra cotta belt coursing at the base of the second-story windows, large Chicago-style windows on the upper floors, decorative terra cotta trim around the windows, cartouches above the second-story windows, a cornice below the sill line of the third floor windows, recessed bays with arched tops at the third and fourth floors with recessed brick and terra cotta spandrel panels, decorative trim around the two-story bays, and keystones at the top, and a cornice at the top of the facade with modillions, and a raised central section of the parapet clad in terra cotta with a decorative trim element in the center. The building also features an identical facade on Washington Street to the rear. The building houses retail space on the ground floor, with offices on the upper floors, and is one of many excellent well-preserved turn-of-the-20th Century buildings along the Northern section of Main Street in Downtown Buffalo.
