Description
English: Silver reliquary monstrance of Saint Nicolas in the Treasury of the Basilica of Our Lady in Maastricht, Netherlands. The monstrance was made between 1816 and 1829 by the Maastricht silversmiths Willem Haenen & Sons. Height: 47.7 cm. The statuette in relief shows Saint Nicolas receiving the crown of heaven from two angels. At the bottom his hunting horn.
