Public Health Activity Rheinland-Pfalz, the unit overseeing all veterinary facilities in Belgium and Germany, setup this class to teach non-veterinary healthcare specialists, Military Policemen, Security Forces, and dog handlers how to provide first aid to wounded MWDs.
