Core of the Bangsamoro Juridical Entity
A plebiscite which gives them a choice to join the Bangsamoro Juridical Entity, will be conducted in these areas 12 months after the creation of the Bangsamoro Juridical Entity.
The Special Intervention Areas - Conflict affected areas outside the BJE that are subject to special socieconomic and cultural affirmative action implemented by the Central Government (of the Philippines) pending the conduct of a plebicite which will be conducted not earlier than 25 years after the signing of the Comprehensive Compact to determine if the will join the Bangsamoro Juridical Entity. These areas are suject to further negotiation by the Parties. |
