Description
Deutsch: Portalrelief am Seiteneingang der RWW-Hauptverwaltung. Es zeigt die Nützlichkeit des Wassers. Es dient zum Löschen, zum Gießen von Pflanzen, zum Baden (Mittelfigur auch als Personifizierung der Ruhr aufzufassen), zum Spiel (kleines Kind mit Schiff), über ihm ein Wasservogel (Leben der Tierwelt), der Fluß spendet Trinkwasser (Frau am Brunnen), ist Energiespender (Wassermühle, Industrie). Das Motiv wurde in den 1930er Jahren von Willi Hoselmann geschaffen.
