Description
English: This meal is made from corn dough. It is a native dish which is mostly taken as breakfast by most Ghanaians. The ingredients are corn dough, sugar, milk and peanut. Very nutritious and easy to prepare. Just mix the corn powder or dough with some amount or water, put it on fire and keep stirring for 15 minutes. Serve hot, add a little sugar and some milk. You may decide to add the peanut or not
English: It is mostly referred to as "M)re koko" by the akans or "Kpokponsu" by the Ga's in Ghana
