Summary
[edit]DescriptionLyttelton Road - geograph.org.uk - 859269.jpg |
English: Lyttelton Road Pardes House school bus approaches the junction with Bishops Avenue. The side road visible on the left is Winnington Road. Pardes House is a local Jewish school which was housed, at the time, in the old Holy Trinity C of E school on East End Road. It subsequently moved to Christ's College on Hendon Lane. The bus is an ex LT AEC Swift, SMS80. The Swift's were not a great success and this one saw only 7 years in LT service, from 1970 till 1977. Pardes House used it from 1979 to 1986. |
