English: Luton: A505 Stopsley Green roundabout Stopsley used to be a village in its own right, but is now part of the built-up urban area of Luton. This is the Stopsley Green roundabout on the A505 Hitchin Road. The office block in the background is Jansel House which was completed in 1961. There are some photos of Stopsley from 1949 to 1967, including one of Jansel House nearing completion, on the Bedford Today website here http://www.bedfordtoday.co.uk/mk4custompages/CustomPage.aspx?PageID=41967§ionID=5645 |
