Description
Nederlands: Luchtopname. Katwijk afgebroken. In 1942 maken de Duitsers van het strand een "Sperrgebiet", in de duinen en langs de boulevard verrijzen zware bunkers en muren. Ze ontruimen de kuststrook en slopen 600 woningen. Velen moeten evacueren, zelfs naar Groningen. Langs de boulevard blijft bijna alleen de Oude Kerk staan, van zijn toren beroofd.
