A neo-renaissance style villa, build in 1882 by Bernhard Brockardt.
Deutsch: Die Villa gegenüber der Mühlgasse errichtete 1882 der Maurermeister Bernhard Brockardt im Stil der Neurenaissance. 1954 folgte ein Anbau für das Staatliche Gesundheitsamt, der zusammen mit der Villa ab 1979 durch die benachbarte Rückertschule, danach von der Volkshochschule, genutzt und 2009 abgerissen wurde. Die Fassade des zweigeschossigen Gebäudes besteht aus einem Sockel mit Quadermauerwerk auf dem Ziegelmauerwerk mit Sandsteingliederungen steht. Umlaufende Gesimse und ein Konsolfries unter der Traufe gliedern die Fassade. Sie besteht auf der Ostseite in der Löwenstraße aus vier Achsen mit einem links angeordneten zweiachsigen Risalit, der mit Zahnbänderungen seitlich eingefasst ist und oben einen reich dekorierten Zwerchgiebel besitzt. Die Ostseite ist analog gestaltet, sie weist allerdings eine Fensterachse weniger auf. Markant ist der polygonale Hausteinerker auf einer Säule an der abgeschrägten Hausecke. Er zeichnet sich durch gefelderte Brüstungen, schmale Fenster und eine Haube aus. Die Fenster sind im Keller mit Segmentbögen ausgestattet, im Erdgeschoss zusätzlich mit Rustikarahmen. Die Rahmung der rechteckigen Obergeschossfenster weist dagegen Ohren auf. This is a photograph of an architectural monument. It is on the list of cultural monuments of Bayern, no. D-4-63-000-280. |
