Français : Une femme en robe de soie bleue, le haut du corps partiellement dénudé, tient contre elle un bouquet de fleurs, surtout des roses.
Une très vieille étiquette déchirée, au version du cadre, indique le titre du tableau, "Le Printemps", ce qui correspond au tableau de l'artiste intitulé "Printemps" présenté à Paris au Salon des artistes français de 1882 (numéro 904 du livret).
