Wohnanlage, um 1926 (ca. 1925-1927); errichtet von der Wohnungsbaugenossenschaft Dresden und Vororte e. G. m. b. H., an Lommatzscher Straße und Naundorfer Straße, bestehend aus drei Blöcken, verbunden durch zwei eingeschossige Ladengebäude, das rückwärtige Ladengebäude über viertelrundem Grundriss, die Häuserzeile an der Naundorfer Straße mit Vorgärten und Einfriedungen belebt, alle Gebäude markante Beispiele des Siedlungsbaus und Kleinwohnungsbaus der 1920er Jahre, Geschossbauten mit Walmdächern, die Treppenhäuser gestalterisch hervorgehoben, historisierender und expressionistischer Schmuck, manche Eingänge geradezu repräsentativ, z. T. Farbglasfenster in den Treppenhäusern, gesamte Anlage bau- und stadtentwicklungsgeschichtlich sowie künstlerisch bedeutend |
